Material
8oz Polyester Mesh
The 8oz Polyester Mesh banner is lightweight and durable. It offers excellent wind resistance, vibrant colours, and UV resistance. This material ensures long-lasting visibility for any promotional display.
Finishing
Grommets
It is a reinforced metal or plastic ring used in a banner. It prevents tearing around the holes and makes it easy to install the banner securely.
Hemming
Folding and stitching the edges of a banner is called hemming. It helps prevent tearing, and when used with grommets (most of our clients order these two options together), it gives the banner a clean and professional look. It also makes the banner stronger and more suitable for outdoor use.
Reinforcement Belts
A sturdy strip of material (usually polyester or nylon) is sewn along a banner's edges. This belt provides extra strength and support to the banner. It is usually used for outdoor banners exposed to winds, large banners that need additional support to prevent tearing/sagging (due to the banner's weight), and banners used for extended periods or repeated events.
Product Care
Mesh banners are waterproof; therefore, you can clean them with water and mild soap if needed. Do not use strong detergents. When not in use, store them in a dry place, away from sharp objects and roll your banner before storing or moving. If you fold vinyl banners, they might crease or crack.
