Production Time

All the Details You Need for a Hassle-Free Order!

Production time (turnaround time) is the total time taken from the moment an order is approved for production until the final printed product is ready for shipping/pickup.

We start printing your order after the following:

The printing process begins once your payment is approved and your payment method is verified as safe and valid.	Please upload a print-ready file on our platform, or use our online design tool to create your design, ensuring it meets the necessary specifications for optimal printing quality.	After you submit your design, you'll receive a digital proof to review the layout, colours, and overall look of your print. Your approval is crucial to ensure everything meets your expectations before we start printing.	Once you approve the proof, we conduct a final check on the print file to ensure it meets all technical specifications. Production will begin only after this check is complete.

Please remember that:

Production time will change depending on the product, the type of paper or material, and the quantity you ordered.

The artwork created with the online design tool will not be finalized for production unless it is signed off.

We have provided you with an estimate of the turnaround time. Unpredicted technical problems may cause production delays.

The cut-off time is 1 PM (EST).

All orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

All production times are measured in business days.
