Steps to Take

1. If you would like to request a refund or return an item, please email us at info@iprint.com and tell us why you are unhappy with the product and wish to return it. If your reasons comply with our policies, we will notify you and the return process may begin.

2. After you have been notified by us, mail the item to the address below:

50 East Beaver Creek Rd, Unit #4, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1G6, Canada

3. Include a signed letter detailing the reason for your return, as well as proof of purchase (such as an original receipt).

Exceptions and Related Details

Some items are not eligible for a return, including customized print products and products that have been used or altered in any way and are no longer in their original condition. We will not accept returns based on differences in shades of print colour. Such differences are usually the result of using colour modes other than CMYK when designing your print or, on rare occasions, it is the result of the poor colour quality of your computer screen. Once you have approved the print design, it is final and we hold no responsibility. Also, we are not responsible for any errors in spelling, grammar or other content provided by our customers.

If you need more information before selecting a product, please feel free to ask us for help. We are not required to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind later on—but we will gladly assist if needed!

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, except for items with manufacturer defects or eligible exchanges. We will not refund the original shipping and handling charges you paid when you placed your order.

Exchanges

If your item is in unused and perfect condition (as you received it) and is not a customized product, you may exchange it for a different size or colour. You will not be charged a restocking fee for exchanging items, but you will still have to cover return shipping costs.

Refund Payment

When we approve your returned item for a refund and the item has arrived at our location, we will refund you the money within 10 business days.
